Our Beginnings

Saint Jude Realty started way back 2004 as a family business, managed and owned by the father and daughter tandem of Ernesto and Lucille Gacrama both a license real estate broker. While the Gacrama siblings acted as salesmen, Saint Jude Realty humbly joined the Cebu  real estate service, selling various vertical and horizontal projects in Cebu with a limited capital and minimal sales force. Despite its number, the company made it to the elite realty firm and become a top-notch performer of various project developers.

Gacrama Realty is a spun-off of Saint Jude Realty. It is managed by Real Estate Broker Lucille Gacrama. The Ceboom of the nineties triggers the onset of huge business entities to pour investment in Cebu. Lucille provides most of the warehousing needs, the storage facilities, the office space and commercial space rentals to almost all of the big and small-medium enterprise.

Geo Landers Realty is a sister company of Saint Jude Realty started in 2008 run by Realtor® Jaymar Gacrama son of Ernesto. Started as a property sales consultant of one of the most prestigious real estate developers way back 2005 and became one of its top-notch producers despite being a full time graduate student of master in business administration.
